Truck scale series truck scales are a new generation of analog truck scales that are almost comparable to digital truck scales. They use a detached digital junction box to output the analog sensor. The signal is /D converted so that the signal from the junction box to the instrument is a digital signal, which reduces the chance of remote control, temperature, and radio frequency interference. It also makes the transmission distance longer than ordinary analog signal transmission and is more stable. Compared with digital truck scales, the cost is slightly lower and it is convenient to upgrade old model truck scales.
The standard configuration of a truck scale is mainly composed of three main components: a load-bearing force transmission mechanism (scale body), a high-precision weighing sensor, and a weighing display instrument. This can complete the basic weighing function of the truck scale. It can also be customized according to different requirements. According to the user's requirements, printers, large-screen monitors, and computer management systems can be selected to meet higher-level data management and transmission needs.
